Deer Creek!

Last week Jon was home and we decided to take our "big boat" out to Deer Creek with our friends Shannon and Craig and their kids. We went at about 5 which turned out to be perfect. The only bad part was that we had to hike down a steep embankment of loose rocks to get to the waters edge. That was fun with two 4 year olds, a 2 year old, a baby in Shannon's hands, and me at 8 months pregnant! Boy were we a sight!!

We all had a great time though. The girls loved having a mud fight and flinging it all over each other. Even their ears were filled with mud. And everyone loved going out on the raft. Poor Keva didn't like Jon leaving him on shore though. Every time Jon would go out on the water Keva would follow him out as far as he could and then he would just stop and cry while he watched Jon go further away from him. It was a very fun, relaxing night!
