Thanksgiving Point!

We have been spending a lot of time at Thanksgiving Point these last couple weeks. And, I bought a membership there, so plan to see a lot more posts about the place! We will be spending a lot of our summer there! The kids LOVE it there. The Children's Garden has a splash park, a bear cave, and several other activities for them, and they love to wander around the waterfalls and roll down the hill at the amphitheater at The Garden's. They can stay entertained for hours and I can sit back and relax and look at all the beautiful scenery. Yep...that is how we will be spending a lot of the summer!

My grandma Sherry came down to visit last week and she had never been there, so my mom, Ryker and I took her. We went to lunch at the Trellis Cafe which looks over The Gardens. So pretty, and such yummy food! The sweet potato fries, YUM! Ryker was such a good little man hanging out with us ladies. After lunch we hopped into a golf cart, HaNg ON!, and drove through the gardens to see everything. There was so much more than I had known about so I am so glad we drove through. It was so pretty, and so fun to see everything. And Gramma Barb was a pretty good driver!

Last week we also went with Shannon, Bailey and Alex. The girls ran around back and forth from the splash area to the bear cave and had so much fun! The boys were great sports hanging out in their strollers as we wandered around. Feed them and they were happy!
